Cell Phone Complaints

These days almost everyone has cell phones some old and some are high end smartphones.
In fact, having such a unit is no longer deemed as a luxury but an essential need. Therefore, when issues are all in with these devices but cellular country complaints is intriguing. Anyways we are normally eager to resolve them instantly. As customer of these devices, we might face 2 main issues: the Technical with the actual device or problems with the service.

When a cell phone stops functioning, fist thing to do is need to identify whether the issue comes from the device itself or from the service provider. If you think the phone is defective, you need to communicate to the dealer who sold the phone to you. As customer, we must remember that the phone we purchase must be as defined by the dealer, match for the intent for which items of the same kind are usually used and show the quality and operation which are regular in good of the same type.

Well, when this is not the situation, I am eligible to state a free treatment. The person liable for providing such treatment is no other than the seller.

When mobile phone is malfunctioning and the problem is not the outcome of improper use, you may first request to have a mobile phone fixed for free.

If repair is not doable or may result in a major trouble, I suggest you may ask for replacement. Cash refund may be claimed in cases wherein repair or replacement are possible or not be able to carried out without triggering a major hassle to customers.

In case the issue concerns the mobile phone service, your complaint requires to be tackled to the service provider. As soon as the problem is not resolved right away, you need to put it in writing and send your complaint letter using your email. If you are not receiving any support that you are paying for, you must complain quickly and if the problem stays unsolved, you may terminate the agreement with the service provider without taking any penalty or fees.

What buyers cannot complain about terms and conditions?

As buyer we are responsible to read the terms and conditions we ere committing for.  We must first make sure that we know for how long we are committing and how much we will have to pay monthly.

We must also check out for charges that may apply when payments are not taken out within the time period.

We need to be aware that service providers could possibly change the terms and conditions you sign to.

Lesson: before purchasing products especially mobile phones, check everything if the unit is working properly, take your time, consider yourself as the big boss because you are the buyer.
